Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns on Confirmed Orders: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.

This policy exists because:

• Made-to-Order Products: Our products are sourced and ordered on-demand specifically for each customer. Once your order is placed, we initiate the procurement process on your behalf.
• Custom Sourcing: Each item is individually sourced based on your specific order, meaning we cannot resell returned items.
• International Procurement: Products are ordered from international suppliers once payment is confirmed, making cancellations or returns impractical.

Exception: Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are more than happy to provide a full refund or replacement. However, the following conditions apply:

• 24-Hour Reporting Window: Any defects or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product
• Photo/Video Evidence: You must provide clear photos or videos showing the defect or damage
• Original Condition: The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

Claims made after the 24-hour window or without proper documentation may not be eligible for refund or replacement. We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis.
